From Porto Alegre

The Fashion Designer Nei Aguillar, from Porto Alegre in Brazil, is very creative and original. His clothes are elegant, different and beautiful.
The Collection "Carrie, a estranha" was at his first Fashion Show, at Donna Fashion Iguatemi Spring/Summer 2011.

"Carrie" was Stephen King's first novel published in 1976. The movie, which started John Travolta and Sissy Spacek, was the inspiration for this amazing Collection.

More Andres Courreges: The 60's

Andres Courreges is my new old inspiration. I feel the electric energy that comes from his creations. And how about the colours? He is definitely my cup of tea.

Andres Courreges timeline

Andrés Courrèges is a French Fashion Designer, known for his ultra-modern, crazy and autentic designs. At the age of 25, after studying to be a civil engineer, he went to Paris to work at Geanne Lafaurie fashion design house. A few months later he went over to Balenciaga.

Both Courrèges and Mary Quant lay claim to the invention of the miniskirt.
